iTalk Studios copyright and license statement

Unless otherwise specified, italk library is the owner of copyright of the stories on this website and makes them available for use under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International licence (CC BY-NC-SA version 4 licence).

The primary purpose of this licence is to facilitate a system where-by stories can be translated and/or interpreted into other languages. Under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International licence, users are allowed to translate or interpret italk™ stories into other languages. Translations/interpretations are an acceptable use of italk™ stories provided they meet the 3 requirements of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International licence: the user must provide attribution of the stories they choose to translate or interpret; the use of the stories must be for non-commercial activity; and the user must share their translation/interpretation on a Share Alike basis.

If you create a translation or interpretation of any of italk studios stories the interpreted story should be published back to italk studios and you should include the following attribution statement in your translation or interpretation:

“This work has been created by translating/interpreting a story distributed by italk library under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International licence“.
